Double Rock Park to get facelift, pavilion repairs

Double Rock Park in Parkville will be getting a much-needed facelift, it was announced on Monday.

Baltimore County Councilwoman Cathy Bevins posted the following to her Facebook page:

I am excited to announce that work is being done at Double Rock Park, beginning TODAY!! Total Contracting will be on site to begin Pavilion repairs and painting in Double Rock Park. The Pavilion will be under construction for approximately 2 weeks (weather permitting) and will not be usable until repairs are completed.

Double Rock Park is 102-acre county park offering a playground, hiking, walking & biking trails and athletic fields.

The park is located at 8211 Glen Road in Parkville.
