A Fallston landmark is preparing to reopen.

Almost one year after it closed, Log Cabin Chocolates on Belair Road is preparing to reopen.

The popular candy shop suddenly closed its doors back in October of last year.

Allison Borsella has purchased the business from her uncle and says there will soon be a grand opening.  Borsella’s grandparents founded Log Cabin Chocolates more than 95 years ago.

An exact grand opening date has not yet been announced, however the shop is now taking pre-orders for fundraisers and corporate/private events.
