PARKVILLE, MD—Crews are on the scene of a Thursday night crash on I-695. At just before 10:30 p.m., units responded to a crash on the inner loop of the beltway at the Loch Raven Boulevard exit. The two right lanes along the inner loop are currently closed. Medics are evaluating several patients at the scene.
