PARKVILLE, MD—Crews are on the scene of a Monday evening traffic incident on I-695. At just before 6:15 p.m., the Providence Volunteer Fire Company reports that a boat came off its trailer along the outer loop at Providence Road. The two right lanes along the outer loop are blocked.
