NOTTINGHAM, MD—Forecasters say storms are once again possible in Baltimore County and Harford County on Tuesday afternoon and evening. Storms would most likely develop between 2 p.m. and 10 p.m. The main threats will be damaging winds and isolated areas of flooding. High temperatures will be mostly in the upper 80s to low 90s across the area.
