Authorities are on the scene of a Wednesday morning stabbing in White Marsh. At about 10 a.m., paramedics from the White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company responded to the 11100 block of Pulaski Highway. Gov. Hogan approves $12M for Route 40 bridge rehabilitation

Governor Larry Hogan has approved over $12 million for bridge rehabilitation to bridges along Route 40.
