Police are on the scene of a reported Thursday night shooting in Hillendale area of Parkville. At just after 8 p.m., emergency personnel responded to the 1200 block of Deanwood Road. Paramedics report that one adult was shot in the lower body. He was taken to a nearby medical facility and is expected to survive.
