Crash with rescue reported in Carney

CARNEY, MD—Crews are on the scene of a serious, Thursday afternoon crash in Carney. The accident was reported at around 2:15 p.m. in the area of E. Joppa Road at Joppa Terrace (21234). One car is reportedly on its side and the driver is trapped. A rescue operation is currently in progress. Motorists should avoid the area.
