NOTTINGHAM, MD—The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Baltimore County. The advisory will remain in place until 6 a.m. on Friday morning.
The Winter Storm Warning is no longer in effect.
Forecasters say light mixed precipitation will continue, with additional snow and sleet accumulations of up to one inch and ice accumulations of up to 0.10-inch possible.
Motorists should plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes.
When venturing outside, residents should use caution on steps, sidewalks, and driveways, which could be icy and slippery, increasing the risk of a fall and injury.
