NOTTINGHAM, MD—The son of two Baltimore County police officers was killed on Tuesday. A deadly shooting at a South Carolina nightclub claimed the life of 18-year-old Garrett Bakhsh. Solar panels to be installed in Kingsville as part of Baltimore County project
