Police in Baltimore County have identified the man who drowned in the Loch Raven Reservoir on August 27th. Terry J. Ousley, 24, of the 5000-block of Pine Needle in Mascotte, Florida was reportedly in the Baltimore area seeking employment. Ousley’s body was located by Baltimore County Police Dive Team members earlier this week. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
