Governor Hogan announces drop in homelessness rate in Maryland

ANNAPOLIS, MD – Governor Larry Hogan announced on Wednesday that overall homelessness in Maryland has been reduced by 9.47% since 2017, according to data from the 2019 Point-in-Time Count.
