A Middle River water main break has left many residents without service. The Department of Public Works says that a 16-inch main has ruptured in the 3400-block of Eastern Boulevard (21220). Approximately 1,500 residents are currently without service. Crews are currently on the scene assessing the damage. Motorists should use caution in the area.
