Water main break reported in Parkville

Some Parkville residents are being affected by a Tuesday water main break. The Department of Public Works reports that an eight-inch main has ruptured in the 9500 block of Avondale Road (21234). Approximately thirty residents and one fire hydrant are currently without service. There has been no ETA on repairs. Motorists should use caution in the area.

Repair crews are responding to the scene of a water main break in Rosedale. The eight-main reportedly ruptured at the intersection of Hospital Drive and Lennings Lane (21237). Approximately fifty residents and four fire hydrants are currently without service. There has been no ETA on repairs. Motorists should use caution in the area.

Water mains rupture in Parkville, Essex

The Department of Public Works reports that water mains have ruptured in Parkville and in Essex. DPW says a six-inch diameter water main has broken at 8 Tigerwood Court in Parkville (21234).
