TOWSON, MD—Police are on the scene of a crash involving a pedestrian in the Parkville/Towson area. At around 1:15 p.m. on Friday, authorities say a pedestrian was struck along Loch Raven Boulevard and Aberdeen Road. Northbound Loch Raven Boulevard has been shut down at Aberdeen Road.
