TOWSON, MD—The Baltimore County Fire Department has promoted three individuals. Fire Chief Joanne Rund on Tuesday announced the promotion of three officers to the rank of Fire Captain. They are: Fire Lt. Eric Cole Fire Lt. Scott Ebbert Fire Lt. Frank Hudnet Officials say the three promotions will be effective as of May 23, 2020.
UPDATE: Crews from the Baltimore Environmental Police and Lutherville Volunteer Fire Company also responded to assist with the rescue.
