Former Baltimore City DOT supervisor from Rosedale pleads guilty to accepting bribes

A Rosedale man has pleased guilty to accepting thousands of dollars in bribes. Daryl Christopher Wade, 50, of Rosedale, pleaded guilty on Friday to extortion charges.
