Water main break reported in Overlea

Crews are responding to the scene of a water main break in Overlea/Fullerton. The Department of Public Works reports that an eight-inch main has ruptured in the 7300-block of Beech Avenue (21206). Approximately thirty residents and three are hydrants are currently without service. Repairs are in progress at this hour.

House fire reported in Perry Hall

Crews were on the scene of a dwelling fire in Perry Hall on Saturday afternoon. The fire was reported at about 3:15 p.m. in the 4300-block of Chapel Road. Units arrived to find smoke showing from the roof of a two-story single-family dwelling. The blaze was quickly extinguished.  No injuries were reported.

Double shooting reported in Parkville

Police are on the scene of a Friday night shooting in Parkville. At about 9 p.m., units responded to the 8600-block of Wendell Avenue (21234). Reports indicate two shooting victims were found at the scene. A male victim was shot in the lower body and a female victim was shot in the upper body. Both victims are expected to survive. […]
