FALLSTON, MD—The Pleasantville Road Bridge over Little Gunpowder Falls near Harford County reopened on Tuesday. The bridge had been closed for two months for repairs. Baltimore County contractors replaced the deck and added protective barriers to the structure. The job was finished after just two months, one month ahead of schedule.
