NOTTINGHAM, MD—Windy conditions on Thanksgiving day are taking a toll on local roadways. In Fallston, Harford Road is closed in both directions at Reckord Road due to a fallen tree. In Glen Arm/Hydes, Long Green Pike has been shut down at Hydes Road. Power is also out in the surrounding area. BGE hopes to have power restored by 1 p.m.
