TOWSON, MD—The Baltimore County Fire Department has promoted three of its members.
Fire Chief Joseph Dixon has announced the following promotions:
Fire Captain
- Fire Lieutenant Katherine Coleman
- Fire Lieutenant Brian Woodley
Bureau Chief
- EMS Captain Nicole Nappi
The promotions are effective as of July 26, 2025.
