TOWSON, MD—The Baltimore County Fire Department has promoted six of its members.
Fire Chief Joseph Dixon, Sr., has announced the promotions of six BCoFD members to the rank of Fire Specialist.
The following members have been promoted:
- EMTFF Carlin Bullinger
- EMTFF Thomas Crites
- EMTFF Michele Hayden
- EMTFF Thomas Heaver
- EMTFF Nathaniel Krasner
- EMTFF Jhalen Thompson
The promotions will be effective on July 12, 2025.
