PERRY HALL, MD—Firefighters came to the aid of a trapped kitten on Monday.

Personnel from the Baltimore County Fire Department responded after a kitten became trapped inside the engine compartment of a vehicle at Weis Markets in Perry Hall.

After about 30 minutes of careful work, the trapped kitten was freed unharmed.

No injuries were reported.
