Natalie’s Seafood Kitchen, featuring Nat’s Hut, opens in Fallston

FALLSTON, MD—Natalie’s Seafood Kitchen has officially opened in Fallston.  The new dining experience is located in the former Uncle’s Hawaiian Grindz location and brings a fresh catch of flavors and a nautical-themed atmosphere to the area.

Chef Zack Trabbold, known for his work at The Local in Fallston and The Local On The Avenue in White Marsh, partnered with Evolved Hospitality Group to helm this new venture.

Chef Trabbold, who was named 2023 Chef of the Year by the Restaurant Association of Maryland, trained at The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College in Philadelphia and worked his way through the ranks to eventually open his own restaurant, The Local.

The restaurant, named after Trabbold’s wife, promises a menu celebrating Chesapeake Bay fare with a twist. Diners can expect gluten-free crab cakes alongside fusion dishes like soft-shell crab bao buns, conch fritters, and blue catfish.

An adjoining tiki bar, Nat’s Hut, features a thatched roof with bar rails in the shape of anchors to help establish the venue’s nautical theme.

Natalie’s Seafood Kitchen is located at 2315 Belair Road, Unit B2, in Fallston.
