TOWSON, MD—The Baltimore County Police Department has announced the loss of one of its retired K9 members.

K9 Rock faithfully served the department and the residents of Baltimore County from 2013 to 2018, when he retired.

Rock was dual certified in patrol and narcotics detection.

He passed peacefully with his handler Lt. S. Casey and other family members by his side.
