BALTIMORE, MD—The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for the Baltimore area.
The watch will be in effect through 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 6, 2024.
Forecasters say that any storms that might develop may contain quarter-sized hail, wind gusts of up to 65 mph, and frequent lightning.
Residents should stay tuned to local forecasts throughout the afternoon and evening hours.
