Councilman Marks nominates Middle River resident to Baltimore County Commission for Women

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Baltimore County Councilman David Marks has nominated Middle River resident Karen Coffey to the Commission for Women, which serves as an advocate for women’s issues and works to eliminate inequities in housing, employment, and other areas.

Coffey is a former transportation router for Baltimore County Public Schools and an active member of the Middle River community, specifically working with the Pickleball program.

She is also a member of the Northeast Republican Club.

“I am delighted to nominate someone to the Commission for Women who is a very engaged member of our community and will be an active member of this important body,” said Councilman Marks.
