TOWSON, MD—The Baltimore County Police Department has announced the loss of one of its retired K9 members.

K9 Chuck faithfully served the department and the residents of Baltimore County from 2013 to 2018.

Chuck passed away on March 12, 2024.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with his handler, Sgt. S. Roesler, his family, and the members of the K-9 unit,” the department said in a Facebook post. “Thank you for your service, Chuck.”
