UPPER FALLS, MD—Crews are on the scene of a Thursday morning crash in the Upper Falls area.

The accident was reported at around 9:30 a.m. on February 22, 2024 along Raphel Road between Mount Vista Road and Bradshaw Road, according to the White Marsh Volunteer Fire Department.

One vehicle rolled over in the crash and at least one person is trapped.

There has been no word on any injuries.  Motorists should use caution in the area.
