ABERDEEN, MD—Loud noise alert!

Aberdeen Proving Ground officials say the base has a single test scheduled for Friday.

Between approximately 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on February 16, there is a single testing event scheduled that will be heard in some off-post locations.

Officials say these operations are not hazardous to residents in surrounding communities and are integral to ensuring continued readiness of service members.

If, at any time, anyone in the surrounding communities is concerned about testing at Aberdeen Proving Ground, they are encouraged to contact the installation at 410-278-4091.
