TOWSON, MD—The Baltimore County Department of Health and Human Services will be providing one free Chromebook to county residents who receive Survivor Benefits, Veteran’s Pension, or who participate in any of the other qualifying programs.

The events will be held 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, February 23 at CCBC Catonsville and on Friday, March 1 at CCBC Essex.
