NOTTINGHAM, MD—A new fitness center will soon be opening in the White Marsh area.
THE AVENUE at White Marsh has announced that F45 Training will hold a grand opening on Saturday, March 2, 2024.
F45 training combines elements of high-intensity interval training, circuit training, and functional strength movements to provide an effective and efficient workout accessible to any fitness level.
“Whether it’s day 1 or day 1000 of your fitness journey. F45 Members work out together in a team training environment led by our trainers with the workouts designed to be modified to suit individual needs and abilities,” reads a statement on the F45 website. “F45 emphasizes community, dynamic workouts, and a supportive team environment for achieving anyone’s fitness goals.”
