PARKVILLE, MD—An incident on I-695 is affecting Friday morning traffic near Parkville.

At just before 7:30 a.m. on February 2, the Maryland State Highway Administration reported that an incident involving debris in the roadway has closed multiple lanes along the outer loop between Perring Parkway and Loch Raven Boulevard.

Motorists should use caution in the area.
