Detectives seeking information on 2023 homicide in Baltimore County, reward increased

MILFORD MILL, MD—Detectives with the Baltimore County Police Department are asking for the community’s help in solving a homicide that occurred early last year. At just after 9 p.m. on Saturday, January 21, 2023, 15-year-old Lamar M. Leslie-Allen was shot and killed in the unit block of Shadwell Court (21244), in The Townhomes of Diamond Ridge community.

Investigators believe there were individuals in the area who may know about the events leading up to the shooting. Anyone with information about this case is asked to contact homicide detectives at 410-887-3943. Callers may remain anonymous. Information may be provided anonymously through Metro Crime Stoppers.

Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland, which is an organization separate from the Baltimore County Police Department and Baltimore County Government, is now offering a reward of up to $8,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction in connection to this case.
