KINGSVILLE, MD—Police now say they have opened a homicide investigation after a body was found in Kingsville on New Year’s Day.
At just before 8:30 a.m. on Monday, January 1, 2024, officers responded to the 10000-block of Belair Road (21087) for reports of an unconscious subject.
Once on scene, officers located the deceased victim, who showed obvious signs of trauma.
Homicide detectives were requested and responded to the scene. They will investigate the circumstances surrounding this incident, and more information will be released once it becomes known.
Detectives are asking anyone who may have information about this crime, or the individual(s) who committed it to contact police at 410-307-2020. Callers may remain anonymous and be eligible for a reward when submitting tips through Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP.
