WINDSOR MILL, MD—Christmas was a bit brighter for one lucky Maryland Lottery player this year thanks to a $540,000 Multi-Match win.
The News Stand at 6901 Security Blvd. in Windsor Mill sold the jackpot-winning ticket for the December 25 drawing. The winning numbers are 11, 16, 21, 36, 37 and 41. The winner can choose between the estimated annuity of $540,000, paid in 25 equal installments, or an estimated $290,000 cash option (before taxes).
Lottery officials encourage the winner to sign the back of the ticket and keep it in a safe location. The winner has 182 days after the date of the drawing to claim the prize.
This is the 11th Multi-Match jackpot win of 2023. The game’s jackpot was last hit for $620,000 on December 7 in Elkridge. Six Multi-Match jackpots were won in 2022 and there were five jackpot winners in 2021.
