PARKVILLE, MD—Crews are on the scene of a fire in the Parkville/East Towson area.

The fire was reported at just after 8 p.m. in an apartment complex along Loch Raven Boulevard just south of Putty Hill Avenue, across the street from the Knettishall community

Units arrived to find smoke showing from the roof of the building.

Loch Raven Boulevard has been shut down between Putty Hill Avenue and Aberdeen Road so firefighters can access fire hydrants.

There has been no word on any injuries. Motorists should use an alternate route.
