ESSEX, MD—Police are investigating a homicide that occurred late Saturday night in the Essex area.

At just after 11 p.m. on December 9, the Baltimore County Police Department said that officers were on the scene of a homicide that had occurred in the 1000-block of Middlesex Road (21221).

One male victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
