Police seek to identify fatal Baltimore County hit-and-run suspect

WOODLAWN, MD—Detectives with the Baltimore County Police Department are requesting the public’s help in identifying a fatal hit-and-run suspect.

The crime occurred at just before 11:45 p.m. on July 3, 2023 in the area of Dogwood Road and Rolling Road in Woodlawn (21244).

At the time of the crash, the female suspect pictured was operating a burgundy/maroon SUV. I
