Councilman Marks: Indoor children’s playground set for Perry Hall Square

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Baltimore County Councilman David Marks on Tuesday announced that Bubala Stay and Play is expected to fill space at the Perry Hall Square Shopping Center. The indoor children’s playground has locations in Eldersburg and Pikesville.

The move comes after Councilman Marks worked with his colleagues to pass legislation that allows for these types of community businesses in shopping centers.

“One of my priorities as County Councilman has been to revitalize older shopping centers such as Perry Hall Square,” Marks said. “In 2010, the occupancy rate at Perry Hall Square was 60 percent. We have steadily boosted that occupancy rate and attracted numerous new businesses to this commercial district, the oldest in Perry Hall.”

Councilman Marks will provide updates when the business is expected to open.
