FALLSTON, MD—A roadway in Fallston is closed on Thursday morning, according to the Fallston Volunteer Fire and Ambulance Co.

The 1800-block of Pleasantville Road between Putnam Road and Selkirk Road is closed to traffic due to a tree and wires down in the roadway.

The Harford County Sherriff’s Office will be handling the road closure while contractors work to reopen the road and repair the utility issues.

The road closure will affect school transportation routes.
