BALTIMORE, MD—The Maryland Transportation Authority will host a job fair and open house on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, from 2 – 6 p.m.
Attendees will learn about educational incentives; diverse, equitable, and inclusive work teams; on-the-job training; State benefits package; room for advancement; and more.
Prospective MDTA team members will have the opportunity to apply on-site and to engage in Q&A sessions with subject matter experts and current employees in their field of interest, while gaining insights into preparing State applications and mastering both in-person and virtual interview skills. For Veterans, understanding preference points will be an invaluable part of the event. Free parking is available on-site.
Attendees will discover a wide variety of career paths including:
- Civil Rights & Fair Practices;
- Emergency Dispatchers;
- Engineering/Planning;
- Environment, Safety and Risk Management;
- Tolling Operations;
- Finance;
- Information Technology;
- Facility Operations;
- Police (including Cadets and sworn positions); and
- Procurement.
The MDTA job fair will be held at 4330 Broening Highway in Baltimore.
