BALTIMORE, MD—The Maryland State Highway Administration continues to work on two major I-695 and I-95 improvements in Baltimore County between Sunday, August 27 and Friday, September 1, 2023.
There will be no planned temporary travel lane closures between 5 a.m. Friday, September 1 and 9 a.m. Tuesday, September 5 due to the Labor Day holiday. Shoulder closures and work behind barriers will be permitted.
I-695/I-95 Southwest Interchange
Temporary overnight ramp and lane closure are required as part of the ongoing rehabilitation project for 10 bridges within the interchange. Learn more about the multi-bridge project here. Beginning Sunday, motorists can expect the following activities, weather permitting:

I-695 TSMO I-70 to MD 43
The State Highway Administration will also continue overnight shoulder and lane closures along sections of I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) between Sunday night, August 27 and Friday, September 1 weather permitting.
