BALTIMORE, MD—The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for the Baltimore area.
The watch will remain in effect until 9 p.m. on Tuesday evening.
Forecasters say frequent lightning is possible, as are wind gusts of up to 70 MPH and hail.
A Flood Watch is already in effect for the Baltimore area.
Residents should remain weather-aware throughout the afternoon and evening hours.
