State Highway Administration to begin patching westbound Pulaski Highway in White Marsh on Friday

WHITE MARSH, MD—The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration will repair and patch sections of concrete pavement along westbound US 40 (Pulaski Highway) at Ebenezer Road in White Marsh on Friday, August 11, 2023. The work will take place over two weekends, and is expected to be complete by August 21, weather permitting.

Beginning at 9 p.m. Friday, August 11, and Friday, August 18, motorists can expect temporary double lane closures along westbound US 40 in the vicinity of Ebenezer Road, with traffic shifted to one side of the roadway. Crews will work 9 p.m. Friday – 5 a.m. Monday. The weekend of August 25 will be used as a rain date in case of inclement weather.

Motorists traveling on westbound US 40 between Joppatowne and White Marsh are advised to plan for extra travel time and consider using MD 7 (Philadelphia Road) as an alternate route. The State Highway Administration’s contractor, Gray & Son, Inc. of Timonium, will use arrow boards, cones, and barrels to safely guide motorists through the work zone.
