TOWSON, MD—The Baltimore County Fire Department has promoted seven of its members.
Fire Chief Joanne Rund on Monday announced promotions to the ranks of Fire Lieutenant and Fire Specialist.

- Fire Specialist Brendan Berkeridge
- Fire Apparatus Driver/Operator Scott Wittbecker
FIRE SPECIALIST
- EMT/FF Devin Brown
- EMT/FF Edward Flynn
- EMT/FF Steven Hinch
- EMT/FF Cody Manley
- EMT/FF Jeffrey Milani
The promotions will be effective as of July 29, 2023.
