PARKVILLE, MD—Crews are on the scene of a Thursday evening tractor-trailer fire on I-695 in Carney/Parkville.

The fire broke out at around 6:15 p.m. on June 22, 2023 along the outer loop between Harford Road and Perring Parkway.

Firefighters now have the blaze under control but multiple lanes along the outer loop have been shut down between Harford Road and Perring Parkway.

Motorists should use caution in the area.
