NOTTINGHAM, MD—A local senior living community will host a blood drive last this month.
Brightview White Marsh will host a blood drive 12:30 – 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 22, 2023.
Eligible donors with type O, A negative, and B negative blood are urged to make a Power Red Donation by calling 1-800 RED CROSS (733-2767) to schedule an appointment.
Donors can save time by using RapidPass to begin their health history. More information is available online at https://www.redcrossblood.org/RapidPass. Those with eligibility questions can call 1-866-236-3276.
The need for blood is constant and only volunteer donors can fulfill that need for patients. Nationwide, someone needs a unit of blood every 2 to 3 seconds.
