WOODLAWN, MD—Police are investigating a fatal, Thursday night shooting in Baltimore County.

At just before 10:30 p.m. on June 1, 2023, officers responded to the 6700-bl0ck of Security Boulevard (21207) for a reported unconscious person suffering from what appeared to be a gunshot wound in the parking lot.

The adult male, 54-year-old Frank Eubanks Jr., was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.
