COCKEYSVILLE, MD—Police have made an arrest in connection with a homicide that occurred in Cockeysville in April.

On Wednesday, May 31, Baltimore County detectives arrested and charged 42-year-old Larry Edwards in connection with the fatal shooting of 28-year-old Earl Bodkin Jr.

The homicide occurred on April 30, 2023, in the area of Cranbrook Road at Halesworth Road (21030).

Officers arrived on the scene and located Bodkin suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper body.

Larry Edwards is currently being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
